This time I’m at TraceSpace Anton-Saefkow-Park, a spot where I coach and train regularly. Unlike previous months, this line was actually preplanned (at least in my mind).
Each month, I challenge myself to create a Parkour line at a different location, capturing the full process — from exploring movement and shaping ideas to refining the line until it all comes together.
