The spring line gets stuck between the vessel and the fender,in an attempt to free the line the fender is pushed upward damaging the electrical box.
Crew took the spring line back, attached Brest lines first and we returned to to place spring lies after.
For a note the ship was working against 20+knot winds so not ideal conditions.
