Moral Contradictions
Moral dialetheism is the view that some moral judgments are both true and false. In this video, I discuss the motivations for moral dialetheism, then turn to some of the challenges to the view. Finally, I outline moral trivialism, the view that all moral judgments are both true and false, as defended in the Tiantai Buddhist tradition.
