This is a variation of the popular and effective Moorish Hopper.
Hook: Size 6 3xl light wire dry fly
Thread: Danville’s 6/0 chartreuse
Body: 6mm foam cut in strips (I used 2mm strips glued together)
Rear legs: custom made foam legs bit round rubber will also work
Sighter: small strip of a contrasting color.
Front legs: chartreuse round rubber
