Moth Electric's C. regalis is a thoughtfully designed drive pedal that fits readily into any instrumental context. Boost, organic sustaining OD, and crunchy distortion are within its capabilities. It is excellent on bass and baritone, as well as guitar. C. regalis uses six op-amps to power its broad and dynamic range of textures. It is entirely built by hand in Portland, Oregon, using through-hole construction, true bypass switching, and industry standard 9v power. In this video demo, I'll start by taking it on a heavy psych rock journey on bass, baritone, and guitar in a full band context, then I'll zoom in and let you hear its impressive range of capabilities.
