This is a video about putting a motor on your rolling mill. I wasn't able to roll pattern sheets on my cheap India mill, and got a used Grobet mill on ebay. It had a one-to-one gear ratio and was too hard to push. I was going to buy a motorized Durston or Pepe, but got the idea that a dc motor with gear reduction might power my mill. It does, and I saved $2300.
