MOWIN APP Comunello Function: Diagnostics The «MOWIN» application allows you to carry out precise diagnostics on the status of the automation systems. In particular, it is equipped with both an event memory that allows you to record the last manoeuvers performed and check if there have been any anomalies. Furthermore, it is sufficient to power the actuator to perform a diagnostic test in real time by carrying out opening and closing manoeuvers and receiving timely feedback on the outcome of the manoeuver. In fact, the app is able to display a series of errors both in the events memory and in the real-time test, which allow for the identification of the type of malfunction encountered during the manoeuver: Overload error Obstacle error Sync Error Thanks to the DIAGNOSTICS function of the Mowin app it is therefore possible to check if there are any anomalies, trace the cause of any malfunctions and intervene quickly and promptly in solving the problem.
