We wrap up our first EA we've been coding based on the Momentum indicator and we add two further entries using the inbuilt moving average functions in MT4. From here you have a framework to customize and expand the code to incorporate many different indicator types. The entry types used could be applied to the RSI, MACD, Stochastic, Rex, RVI Ichimoku and any number of indicators.
