MS PROJECT THE COURSE, SETUP AND ENTRY CLASS #1
This is the first video for the new MS Project YouTube course that I am posting using the most current version of MS Project Professional from the Microsoft subscription using Plan 3 Project Professional desktop client. Content will be suitable for anyone with MS Project 2010 to current versions. I’m Tom Stephenson a professor of Construction management and I’ve taught MS Project to both students and professional for many years. In this course I plan to build on a sample project that we can create together. Every video will add more tools to your repertoire so that you will be able to create baseline schedules, update and recover them. You will also be able to add and track changes, cost, and productivity rates so that you can be a successful project manager. I plan to add one video per week and you can follow along by subscribing and clicking the notification icon. I will provide google drive links in the description for start point files as we progress in the course. If there is a specific topic you are after take a look at my other MS Project playlists on my channel.
