MTB Ladybower - Peak District mountain biking

#peakdistrictmtb #mountainbiking #Ladybower We ride a classic route around Ladybower Reservoir in the Dark Peak area of the Peak District National Park. This is one of the best mountain biking routes in the Peaks and one I have done many times, in both directions, but not for a long time. This ride took place on a sunny but very busy day as many people flocked to see the reservoirs at very low levels - revealing the remains of buildings flooded by the creation of the reservoirs. Unfortunately the battery of my camera died so I couldn't record the last descent. If you are interested in following the route then from where the camera died bear left after Whitstone Lee Tor to descend to Cutthroat Bridge. Turn right onto the main road and descend to traffic lights at the reservoir. Turn left here to ride to the start. *At one point I mistakenly call the A57 the A6 - the A6 is a road much closer to home. Filmed on a GoPro Hero 7 Black
