MTM Universal Analysis System (UAS), a TRINITY module

This video introduces a TRINITY module for MTM analysis. Methods Time Measurement (MTM) is a procedure for analysing work processes and determining planned times for them. In this video we’ll present: o MTM in general o MTM background o Main advantages of using MTM The Fraunhofer IWU developed a demonstrator in the course of the EU project TRINITY. The demonstrator’s aim is to increase agility in production. The IWU developed several training modules alongside the demonstrator to support user in the process of automating a workstation.
