It includes all the tools you need to make AHC work with your winch or crane Step 1: Connect a power supply to mTrack The first step is connecting a Power Supply To mTrack. mTrack comes with a screw terminal plug where you can connect a 9-36 V DC power supply. This plug is connected to the terminal marked power. Step 2: Connect an Ethernet cable between mTrack and your computer. You are now ready to connect an Ethernet cable to mTrack so you can communicate with it using your computer. Plug an Ethernet cable to ETH1 Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to your computer Step 3: Press the Activate Button on mTrack Now press the activate button on mTrack. The IP Address information of mTrack appears on the display on the front. Step 4: Change the IP address of your computer Open the Control Panel on your PC. Open “Change Adapter settings” Right-Click on the LAN connection to open the context menu and select properties I suggest that the IP Address is set to “192.168.127.10”. Any number from 0-254, except 120, can replace the last digits. Step 5: Enter the IP Address to Your Web Browser Open a web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox.) Enter mTracks IP address into the address field of your web browser Press enter Step 6: Login to Get Access You have now reach the login page for mTracks web pages. Here you will have access to montior and change settings, perform automatic tuning and test your winch to make sure it is ready for operation. There are different logon options available. Admin Access is used by Scantrol’s technical personnel and requires a password. Engineer Access is used by service engineers that need access to re-calibrate and change settings, and also requires a password. Operator Access gives access to monitor all settings and process variables, and is open without the need for a password.
