Multiomics comparative pathway analysis with ReactomeGSA

The webinar will show how to perform multiomics comparative pathway analyses using ReactomeGSA. This will cover the web interface and R package. We will demonstrate how to use ReactomeGSA to quickly derive novel biological knowledge by combining multiple datasets. This webinar is suitable for bioinformaticians and wet-lab scientists who are interested in analysing their proteomics/transcriptomics/scRNA-seq data. The webinar was recorded on 21 October 2020.
