The SIEBTECHNIK TEMA Multiple Deck Sizer – designed for efficient classification of bulk materials in a compact footprint. Its compact design and low weight make it easy to integrate into new or existing process lines. Depending on process requirements, the unit can be manufactured in carbon steel or stainless steel, for use in abrasive, corrosive or hygienic environments. Inside, the SIEBTECHNIK TEMA principle ensures precise material stratification and high separation accuracy across Multiple decks. Thanks to the large screening area and efficient vibration system, the machine delivers high capacity while maintaining consistent performance. Depending on the application, the sizer can be configured for two up to seven fractions – allowing Multiple product sizes in a single pass. The fully modular design enables easy access to each deck, fast screen change and straightforward cleaning or inspection.
