MX11 Nozzle with Synchro Plate

The MX11 joins Mastip’s popular 09, 13, 16 and 19 series nozzles, extending the versatility of our hot runner solutions. Specifically engineered for high-cavity systems, the MX11 is available in both thermal and valve gate configurations. Every detail has been carefully designed for ease of use and long-term reliability. With a front-loading heater, thermocouple, tip, and nut, the MX11 allows fast servicing directly in the press by simply removing the cavity plate - minimising downtime and maximising production output. With its Ø16mm nozzle pocket and Ø8mm nut, the MX11 is perfectly suited for restrictive gating areas, making it ideal for the medical and packaging industries where precision and space optimisation are essential. The nozzle head measures 22mm across flats, giving moulders flexibility in achieving close pitch designs without compromising performance. To fully unlock the potential of the MX11, Mastip introduces the Synchro Plate - an innovation that eliminates the need for individual actuators while enabling precise valve pin control. The Synchro Plate is available in two configurations: Option 1: Valve pins fitted directly into the plate for streamlined actuation. Option 2: An insert design that allows an individual valve pin to be disengaged without interrupting the rest of the system—keeping production running smoothly. Compatible with the 11, 13, 16, and 19 series nozzles, the Synchro Plate brings moulders a flexible, efficient, and reliable solution for close cavity applications.
