Citizen Brewing Community (시민맥주) sits at the beginning of Soseong-ro in Michuhol-gu, Incheon — a local space built around its own craft beer. The deliberately dim interior is designed for something beyond drinking: a place where people stay, linger, and connect. Ten years in, the brand has never chased press or visibility, which means in Incheon, it remains the kind of place only certain people know about. Owner Tom resists calling it a bar, though he hasn't found a better word, so 'neighborhood pub' is what he settles for. It's too invested in its audio system and community to be a typical drinking spot, yet too serious about its beer and food to be anything else. A tight community of strong opinions that somehow stays approachable to everyone — the closest thing, perhaps, to a modern village hall. This is our first film from Citizen Brewing Community. True to a space that chose turntables, CDJs, and a rotary mixer over convenience, the records of Jobim and Getz played for 51 minutes — not as performance, but as something that quietly filled the room. The texture of the space and the music, coexisting without effort. 인천 미추홀구 소성로 시작 부분에 자리한 시민브루잉커뮤니티(시민맥주)는 자체 브랜드 맥주를 제공하는 로컬 공간입니다. 조도를 낮춘 실내는 단순한 식음료 소비를 넘어 방문객들이 머물며 교류할 수 있도록 기획되어 있습니다. 운영 10년 차에 접어든 브랜드지만 눈에 띄게 매체를 타거나 나서지 않는 탓에, 인천 내에서도 아는 사람만 찾아오는 곳입니다. 운영자인 Tom은 이곳을 단순한 '맥주집'으로 한정 짓는 것을 경계하면서도, 직관적인 대체어를 찾지 못해 '동네 맥주집'이라 표현합니다. 일반적인 주점이라기엔 오디오 시스템과 커뮤니티 운영에 상당한 비중을 두고 있으며, 반대로 맥주집이 아니라고 하기엔 자체 맥주 품질과 음식에 엄격한 기준을 고수하고 있기 때문입니다. 확고한 취향이 모이는 좁은 커뮤니티이면서도 누구에게나 친근하게 다가간다는 점에서, 현대적인 형태의 '마을 회관'에 가장 가까운 공간입니다. 이곳 시민브루잉커뮤니티를 담은 첫 영상입니다. 간편함 대신 턴테이블과 CDJ, 로터리 믹서 중심의 오디오 환경을 선택한 공간답게, 51분간 이어진 Jobim과 Getz의 레코드 사운드는 시선을 끄는 퍼포먼스 없이도 공간에 밀도 있게 스며듭니다. 공간의 결과 음악이 작위적인 연출 없이 자연스럽게 공존하는 모습을 담았습니다.
