For me competitions aren’t just about the results. They’re a chance to look back at the progress, the friendships, and all the small days of showing up that add up over time. Starting something new as an adult can feel uncomfortable and uncertain at first, but it can also lead to confidence, community, and so much joy.
If you’re learning something new, keep showing up. Small days add up.
