My (incomplete) solution to LibreCAD issue #1340

My attempt at solving the LibreCAD issue #1340. Towards the end of the video, notice how the highlighted vertex does not disappear upon deselecting all entities. Now, they're two way to fix that problem: implement additional code in one of the 'selection' action files, or just use the relative-zero marker instead.
