You've been asking, so here it is: my conditioning routine that has helped me, an intermediate pole dancer, get strong, build up my endurance, and prepare for the pain of pole dancing! Please enjoy me interrupting myself constantly to vibe to Bo Burnham's music, and remember to exercise at your own pace and that it's totally normal to build up your strength slowly.
