My new Children's Python...working towards calming down

Pet Children's Python, had it a week, was very agitated and defensive at the reptile store. Will it tame down? Note: in video I mention Children's pythons come from Australia where they are not taken out of nature anylonger and sold to the rest of the world. U.S. breeders, typically many many years ago, might have gotten wild caught Childrren's Pythons to start with, but now there are established ways to get captive bred/born U.S. Children's Pythons. Just stating that mine in the video did not come directly from Australia, because I made it sounds confusing/word salad. This one came from a breeder in California as a CB snake and was then sold to me at the reptile shop in Richardson Tx.
