I use to have very bad cystic acne. Over the years I found a few techniques that have worked for me to help prevent breakouts and keep my skin clear. I never ever go to sleep with makeup on, and I always make sure to use a toner. I love the Duvolle Radiance Spin Care System. It has so many attachments that come with it. I find that the brush really lifts dead skin cells off of the surface of the skin to allow better skincare product penetration.
