This video is about how to make cherry cake. Here are the ingredients:
Cake -
1 Cup of Maraschino Cherries - Quartered, Rinsed, Dried
2 Cups of Flour
1 1/2 TBS of Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup of Soft Butter
3/4 Cup of Sugar
1 TBS of Lemon Juice
3 Eggs at Room Temp
Icing -
1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
1-2 TBS Lemon Juice
For the cake add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Fold in the cherries. Spread the batter into a bundt pan and Bake at 350 Degrees for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick pulls out clean.
For the Icing mix sugar and lemon juice together and drizzle over the top the of cake.
Top the cake with cherries and powdered sugar.
