If you’re in Geneva and interested in buying this movement Arafat is selling it! You can find him in Plainpalais most Wednesdays and Saturdays. I suggested that he ask 200 Chf for it but that’s up to you and him to work out.
This movement was patented by Stolz Freres (Stolz brothers) in Le Locle, Switzerland in 1899 under Swiss patent number: 18282. The challenge for whoever buys it will be to get it working and to try to find a case for it. Or you can of course just use the movement as a practice watch.
