Myth Busting - Refrozen Bait... Does it Work?

Having recently tidied the shop freezer, I found a few packets of old refrozen baits, including sandeels, squid and herring. So I thought I'd challenge myself and fish one rod with new bait, and one rod with manky old bait! Which one will catch the most fish?
