NanoMEGAS ASTAR-TOPSPIN Tutorial 1 - Data Aquisition

NanoMEGAS system uses precession electron diffraction (PED) to provide orientation and strain information in materials. It offers way better spatial resolution compared to the conventional EBSD. This session is assisted by my Ph.D. student Dexin Zhao.
