The Typhoon suffered from vibration problems early in it's service life; part of the problem was the direct mounting of the engine to the main spar of the aircraft. As one of the steps taken to reduce vibration, the original solid steel engine mounts were replaced with flexible units. In this episode I remove a set of these from a crashed Typhoon spar, and show how they are assembled.
