This corner chisel is made by Narex of the Czech Republic and are of exceptional quality. The blade is made from fine-grained, nicely tempered chrome-manganese steel and hardened to 59 HRc. The blade takes and holds an excellent edge. The bevels are ground at a 25 degree angle. Handle is made from stained European Hornbeam. The blade has a well-seated heavy steel tang and the handle has a solid brass ferrules to withstand vigorous mallet work.
