Natural Toothpaste Ingredients

People always ask me what kind of toothpaste should I use? And my answer is often more generic than that. It's something with ingredients you can pronounce and would want to put in your body. So if you look at a commercial toothpaste, I hope you're going to be a little shocked because those ingredients should never be put in your mouth. And of course, you're putting them in your mouth. Of course, you're swallowing it, of course, as absorbed through your tissues. Of course, they're getting into your body. You don't have to do that. So I like toothpaste that contains a clay base that has something that will help kill bacteria, maybe tea tree oil or annatto silver product. I love salt. Salt is a very anti-microbial baking soda that is fabulous for your gums. These are easy things. I also like products that have hydroxyapatite in them which are going to going to strengthen teeth and prevents cavities. You can add essential oil for flavoring. That's it. You don't need anything else but that. So simple products for the best results.
