This tutorial is going to teach you how to design a navigation menu
( Glowing Core-Navigation menu ) using Html SCSS and JavaScript.
I'll be using SCSS in this project so if you are not familiar with SCSS, then I'll be linking the CSS file somewhere down below. I'll also link the GitHub repo down below.
This tutorial is also beginner friendly so even if you have no idea about SCSS, at the end of this tutorial, you would gain a few knowledge about SCSS.
