Commandant NCDCC would like to wish all fellow cadets, volunteers and officers a Happy NCDCC Day 2021.
Amid the unprecedented challenges during Covid-19 pandemic, HQ NCDCC and the school units have grown stronger, "Together As One" to ensure the CCA learning and progression of our cadets are not impeded during the crisis.
