"Negotiations: Getting What You Need" is a part of the 2020 AUR Research and Education Foundation Venture grant entitled, "Where's Waldo? Helping Mid-Career Faculty Stand Out From The Crowd". The purpose of this grant is to develop and implement a curriculum for career development targeting mid-career faculty.
