Clips I took from Neo and Trickstrong to use for ideas. Most of the clips are me, but a lot of the ideas came from other guys and from watching other people, so it was a group collective. The beginning part is a lot of rolls and kip work, then around 1:50 we get into breakdance-type stuff, around 6:40 I think I get into swipesica, gumbi and -coptero stuff followed by reversao work, 9:40 there's some handstand and scoot stuff, and then the rest is random combos, finishing with cooler individual tricks. But there's stuff throughout, so if you have like 15 minutes, study up.
