This song is from the Norwegian band 55 Escape (formerly known as Neon). They made this song around 2004 - 2005. Thankfully I found a copy of not only the movie, Store Planer, but the soundtrack that this song was on. This is the original version of Liez, which later was rerecorded in 2007. I might upload the full soundtrack onto the Internet Archive if anyone is interested in this.
