In the fast world of today, people do many things illogical that can sabotage their workout. Today we will discuss 5 such deadly mistakes that you should never do before a workout 1. Don’t eat a very big meal before a workout - cuts blood flow to muscle and in order to enable digestion. Also makes you lethargic reducing the intensity of the workout 2. Do not drink too much coffee or pre workout before a workout - Too much stimulants spoil the gut health temporarily and you end up staying in the toilet rather than working out. 3. Do not do cardio before workout - If cardio uses up all your energy, you won’t have any to lift intensely. 4. Do not workout under the influence of alcohol - Anything mind altering before your workout can put you under direct risk of injury. Not only that, alcohol reduces the free form testosterone in your blood and hence affects your recovery 5. Do not take any painkiller - self medication is dangerous.
