Tom talks about the new boot straps he got for his cowboy boots. We figured boot straps was the correct term, but some people call them boot harness(es). I've heard the term "concho" as well, but I'm not sure if that refers to the straps/harnesses or to the decorative pieces that can sometimes be on the strap (harness).
