This video features footage from "Cariboo Country", a CBC TV drama by Paul St. Pierre. The series was filmed from 1964 - 1966 in a beautiful area west of Williams Lake, BC called the Chilcotin; the spectacular scenery and people of this area were the inspiration for "New Caledonia". This footage has been unreleased since its original TV airing.
