Today's Electrical Shorts is, let's take a look at the new draw studs. Mango draw studs, small knockouts. Used to be a three-eighths draw stud, ball bearing drive, one-inch hex. The new, you're going to notice, is longer. It now has seven-sixteenths threads on it, and it has a dog nose to help you thread the punch on easy. In that same manual platform for some of the mid-size knockouts, the old version, shorter, ball bearing drive, one inch hex. The new is longer, dog nose, ball bearing drive, one inch hex. In the large draw stud for the 2 1/2 through 4 inch, that manual draw stud has not changed. In the hydraulic world, old draw stud, new draw stud. The old one was two pieces. Now it's one single piece is going to make it stronger. You're going to notice it's longer and has the same dog nose on the end of it. so that you can easily thread the punches on. In the medium-sized knockouts, we have the two draw studs. At that point, you're going to notice that the new one is a little bit longer, just like all the others with the same dog nose on it, but they are very similar. Large draw studs, we have done a design improvement. The old process was a two-piece assembly. The new is a one single piece, threads to go in the driver, large diameter to go into the 2 1/2 through 4 inch knockouts. Thanks for being here. Check us out for some more electrical shorts.
