New PC Node | Q2 Launch Highlight

The PC-PCN (Philips Dynalite – PC Node) boasts many new features and a robust signature design. The new custom housing is just as durable as it is bold, with a new Australian gold colour. It is designed to meet the demanding requirements of surviving inside a commissioning engineers’ tool bag. No more separate USB driver support needed. It is supported as a standard Windows device. Separate indicator LEDs for DyNet Power (Red), Data activity (Green), and USB power (Blue) help give a quick visual of the device’s connection status. The previous USB-B connector has been updated to the latest USB-C standard. The unit is supplied with a USB-C cable that can be securely screwed to the housing so that there is less risk of the cable being pulled out. There is a set of 2 x RJ12 and 2 x RJ45 sockets built into the device and the device continues to support a 5-way pluggable socket if a bare wire connection is needed. The housing cleverly provides cable tie mounting locations to allow the device to be secured into unique locations such as IT racking or 3rd party panel installations. Supplied with a new commissioning DINGUS, the PDC-DINGUS-UI (Philips Dynalite Commissioning – DINGUS-User Interface) enables connection to the DyNet network from any UI (Antumbra or Revolution) location while maintaining continuity to all devices on the network. The commissioning DINGUS allows for the current UI network connection plug to be removed, the PDC-DINGUS-UI is then inserted into its place, and the UI connector can be connected into the DINUGS. The DINGUS then presents an RJ12 and RJ45 for the commissioning team to connect into the system.
