New Shadow Casting Plugin for RPG Maker MZ

This plugin for rpg maker mz, allows for the casting of dynamic Shadows for tile-sets, I am currently working on the ability for it to have terrain ID compatibility where it finds a terrain ID and then if it matches the specific terrain ID then it will shadow cast from there only.
