This is my in depth breakdown of the different foil pumping techniques I've been using - what I call the the maintenance pump, the power pump and the height pump - each having their place depending on the situation.
The foils I refer to in this video include the GoFoil GL240, GL180, P180, NL220 & NL160. I've also included my thoughts on how pumping the NL range differs from pumping the GL's.
As well as an explanation of each technique at the start (with some rather suspect visual representations) I've included lots of video examples of each with voice overs (and some slow motion repeats) to make each one as clear as possible.
