The charging IC on this Nintendo Switch has been damage due to a short within the charge port. The M92T36 power control IC chip is also sensitive to damage from the use of non-OEM USB-C chargers. If your port does not appear to be physically damaged but your Switch does not charge, there is a reasonable chance that the the charging IC will need to be replaced.
