NJ Circle madness!!

There aren't many traffic circles in the USA but NJ has a bunch of them and each is worst then the next. Some have a circle within a circle, others have bypass roads surrounding the circle and some are just a bunch of left turns in a large oval that doesn't justify the signs indicating 'round about', but some circles are nicely built but very few follow the world rule that everyone in the circle has right of way. The issue with this, is if you are from out of town, you have to read signs and figure out the laws for the circle you are approaching. If circles were standardized like the rest of the world, maybe it wouldn't be to hard to learn how to handle a circle and there would be less accidents and more circles!! after all they are good at conserving energy, prevent you from standing still in the middle of the night when there's no traffic on the road and can offer a nice place to display some art in its center. These 3 circles in this clip happen to be next to my home. It seems that Lawrenceville NJ wants to be known to have the most circles within a few miles of each other.
