Nuclei having Nuclear spin value equal to half integer have spherical charge distribution than it is easy to determine their NMR spectra. Nuclei of proton, carbon (13), Fluorine (19), Phosphorus (31), etc., are common studied by researchers.
Nuclei with (I) more than half integer have non-spherical charge distribution and thus show Nuclear Quadrupole Resonance Spectroscopy.
