We receive a text from a land lord asking us to meet them at a property with no other information. While trouble shooting we determine that while the indoor unit appears to be running the outdoor unit is not. We find that there is no low voltage to the outdoor unit. While investigating the attic we find many issues with the structure and the system, but focusing on what we were called to do determine rodents have damaged the low voltage wiring as well as disconnected the drain line by using it was a high way. **This video points out a few faults to pay attention to with installations and the over all building as well. We'll be going over some trouble shooting and tips and tricks to find and resolve the problem.
