So with all of these little apple trees that we have around our property it was just a matter of time before I tried my hand at making an apple juice or soft cider. This method of just letting it all sit for a day or so seemed to work out rather well! Basically for this all you do is clean & quarter your apples, sprinkle on some creme of tartar and cover it all with boiling water. Cover it all up for a day to let those juices flow and then add a bit of heat to pasteurize it all. Pretty simple!
Most folks would probably want to add some sugar
