No Setup No Stress
Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday! You don't need a big setup to draw. For today's video, I picked up a few pieces of fruit straight from the fruit bowl. Then I put them on a napkin, and turned it into a pen and watercolor sketch in one sitting. In this video I share 8 tips along the way, including why a ready-to-go sketching kit is a game changer, how color directs the viewer's eye, and what to do when a line goes wrong. There's also an assignment at the end so you can try this yourself. You can make a loose, lively drawing that has depth, and the whole thing comes together faster than you'd think. Materials used in this video: - Hahnemühle watercolor sketchbook (A6) - Uniball rollerball pen (waterproof black ink) - Watercolors - Water brush pen.
