But as we get older, those big movements leave us exposed, and punching with "old man hands" is a recipe for broken knuckles—especially if you're dealing with injuries like a torn rotator cuff or hip replacements.
In this video, I’m joined by my brother Dave (who is 70 and has both of those injuries). We’re hitting the heavy bag to prove a point: you can generate massive impact from a neutral "Ready Position" I call The Frame. No windup. No gloves. Just physics and intention.
