The 1988 appearance of Mahealani Uchiyama and her Halau Hui Pa Hula 'O Leianuenue at the King Kamehameha Hula and Chant Competition in Honolulu, Hawai'i. Kumu Nona Beamer graciously granted permission for the performance of her choreography of Nohili as performed by the wahine. Mahealani choreographed the hula kane. This performance was awarded 2nd Place in the Kahiko Division.
