Noninverting Schmitt Trigger - Asymmetric Threshold Levels ⭐ Derivation, Design Example & Simulation
In this video, we will discuss a noninverting Schmitt Trigger circuit having asymmetric threshold voltages. The circuit is formed using an operational amplifier and four resistors. We will discuss a design example where we set up the equations for the required threshold voltages (1.5 V and 3.5 V). We will also discuss the effect of voltage losses in the op-amp and how to manage the required output voltage levels. We will work out the calculations step by step and verify our calculations in TINA-TI Spice simulations. 🎯 Outline: ⏩00:00:00 Introduction ⏩00:00:19 Problem Description ⏩00:02:20 Design Example - Calculations ⏩00:11:20 Design Example - Simulation Results in TINA-TI SPICE 👉 More Operational Amplifier Circuits: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLuUNUe8EVqlmhmvCuxr326mnNKHB5jwJx 👉 More Analog Electronics: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLuUNUe8EVqlmDGfNGMZI3RU_YRLbqrRgA ⭐ If you have questions or comments, please let me know.
