The NCDCC Outdoor Resilience Adventure Challenge (NORAC) 2018 was held on 20th Oct 2018 at the Chinese garden. Teacher officers and cadets enjoyed themselves as they underwent civil defence related challenges. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Yuan Ching Secondary School for hosting us and Mr Justine Arul Pierre, Cluster Superintendent East 4 School Division, Ministry of Education, for gracing the event. Last but not least we would like to congratulate all winning teams, especially to teams from NPCC & St. John Ambulance for joining us in the Invitational category.
